Meharry Medical College Ventures spends $1 million on public health company

Meharry Medical College Ventures Inc. (MMCV Inc.), a subsidiary of the Nashville school, is investing the capital in Heal90 Inc., a lifestyle and nutrition education company that partners with physicians and aims to combat health issues like diabetes, obesity and hypertension, according to a news release.
